Easy Crock Pot Pulled Chicken

This Easy Crock Pot Pulled Chicken is a simple and versatile dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep. With minimal effort, you can create tender, juicy shredded chicken that pairs perfectly with sandwiches, tacos, salads, or rice bowls.

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce or sauce of your choice
  • Optional:
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika or other seasonings

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Add barbecue sauce and optional seasonings.
  • Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  • Shred the chicken and mix it with the sauce.
  • Serve on rolls, in tacos, or over rice.
