  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or any herbs you like)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash the red potatoes thoroughly and cut them into quartered wedges.
  • In a large bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.

Serving

  • Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes to maintain crispiness. Freezing is not recommended as the texture may suffer.
