  • 2 cups cooked chicken Shredded or diced, use chicken breast or thighs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large tortillas Whole wheat or traditional, whichever you prefer
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers Choose your favorite colors
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray For air frying
  • Optional toppings Fresh herbs, hot sauce, or your choice of dipping sauce

Preparation

  • If not already cooked, grill, bake, or boil your chicken until fully cooked. Shred or dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella, chopped bell peppers, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly coated.
  • Take one tortilla and place a generous portion of the filling in the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to secure the filling.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the wraps in the basket without overcrowding them. Lightly spray the tops for a crispy texture. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once crispy and golden brown, remove the wraps from the air fryer and let cool for a minute. Serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Ingredient Substitutions: Swap chicken for cooked turkey or sautéed vegetables for a vegetarian option. Timing may vary based on air fryer model. Be gentle when rolling to prevent tearing, and don’t overcrowd the basket.
