  • 1 package Boursin cheese (about 5.2 oz)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

  • Season the boneless, skinless chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts and sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Reduce the heat to medium, then add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the heavy cream and Boursin cheese to the skillet, stirring continuously until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy and smooth.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, ensuring it's covered in the sauce, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

To store leftovers, cool completely and transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. For reheating, use the microwave or stove on low heat for best texture.
