  • 2 stalks Green Onions Finely chopped
  • 1 cup Pickled Vegetables Any mix you like (cucumber, carrot, or radish)

Assembly

  • In a bowl, place a generous scoop of the sticky rice and top it with sliced grilled chicken.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the chicken. Add pickled vegetables for a refreshing crunch.
  • Cut the nori sheets into strips and wrap them around the bowl just before serving.

Serving

Notes

For vegetarian options, substitute grilled chicken for marinated tofu or try different proteins such as shrimp. Prep all ingredients beforehand for a more relaxed cooking process. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep the rice and chicken separate from the nori until ready to eat. For freezing, pack in airtight containers and use within a month.
