Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Stir until well mixed.

  • Freeze the peanut butter balls for about 15-20 minutes.

Coating

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Remove the peanut butter balls from the freezer and dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Place the coated balls back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
