  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese Optional, but highly recommended for authentic taste
  • Chopped green onions For garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing (if using). Stir until well mixed and creamy.
  • Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese until everything is beautifully blended.
  • Transfer the mix into a baking dish, smoothing the top for even baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Once ready, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Top with chopped green onions for an added crunch.
  • Serve warm with your choice of tortilla chips, celery sticks, or whatever your heart desires!

Notes

For the best flavor, use a good-quality buffalo sauce that matches your preferred spice level. Leftovers can taste even better the next day and can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. To reheat, microwave in short intervals, stirring in between until warm throughout.
