Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 piece pre-made pie crust store-bought or homemade

Filling

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or your preference
  • 1 cup diced vegetables spinach, bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms

  • to taste spoon pepper
  • optional fresh herbs for garnish e.g., chives or parsley

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • If using a store-bought pie crust, follow the instructions provided on the packaging. If making it from scratch, roll it out and fit it into a pie dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese and diced vegetables until evenly distributed throughout the egg mixture.

Baking

  • Carefully pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  • Place the quiche in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.

Serving

  • Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.

Notes
