  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For extra fragrant flavor.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl or a spacious jar, add the rolled oats and pour in the milk (or plant-based milk). Give it a gentle stir to ensure the oats are evenly coated.
  • Add the Greek yogurt to the oat mixture and mix until combined.
  • Drizzle in the honey and stir in the vanilla extract, if desired.
  • Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, reserving some to sprinkle on top in the morning if preferred.
  • Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon (if using) and stir once more.
  • Cover the mixture with a lid or plastic wrap, and place it in the fridge overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  • The next morning, give your oats a good stir. Top with more blueberries, nuts, seeds, or a drizzle of honey.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave for about 30-60 seconds, or enjoy cold.
