Main Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough Can use homemade dough as well.
  • 0.5 cup sugar For tossing the donuts.
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon For tossing the donuts.
  • as needed Olive oil spray For spritzing the donuts and basket.
  • as desired Optional toppings (glaze, sprinkles) Add your favorite toppings.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut a hole in the center of each biscuit to form a donut shape.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Arrange the donuts in the basket in a single layer, making sure they’re not touching.
  • Spray the tops of the donuts with olive oil spray.
  • Air fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  • In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon.
  • Remove the donuts from the air fryer and toss them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Add any optional toppings or glaze if desired.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftover donuts in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to a week and reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes before serving. Tips: Cut the holes evenly for even cooking and avoid overcrowding the air fryer.
