  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Use high-quality white chocolate for best flavor.

Preparation

  • Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and pumpkin puree. Stir frequently until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the pumpkin spice and stir until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until fully set.
  • Lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang, place it on a cutting board, and slice it into squares.

Notes

Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for longer freshness. For longer-term storage, freeze individual pieces between layers of parchment paper for up to three months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
