Preparation

  • Line an 8x8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
  • Gradually add in the powdered sugar or cocoa, along with the vanilla extract, stirring until creamy and fully blended.
  • Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until firm.
  • Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, slice it into squares, and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about 1-2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
