Surf & Turf Tacos are a fantastic way to enjoy both beef and seafood in one delicious dish. They are easy to make and packed with flavor. The mix of juicy steak and tender shrimp, combined with fresh veggies, makes these tacos a delightful meal for any occasion. - 8 small flour tortillas
- 200 g flank steak sliced thin
- 200 g shrimp peeled & deveined
- 1/2 red bell pepper sliced
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges for serving
Season the steak and shrimp with chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes until cooked to your liking. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, add shrimp and cook until pink and just done.
Toss in the sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until slightly charred.
Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Fill each tortilla with the steak, shrimp, and veggie mix.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime before serving.
