Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz rotini or other short pasta
  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp dried dill or 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Pasta:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  • Prepare the Dressing:
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
  • Combine Ingredients:
  • Add the cooked and cooled pasta to the bowl with the dressing. Toss to coat.
  • Add the Mix-Ins:
  • Stir in the diced pickles and red onion. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly distributed.
  • Chill the Salad:
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
