For the Wrap

  • 4 large tortillas (whole wheat or regular)
  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast, sliced Pre-cooked for convenience
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Freshly washed
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (halal-friendly)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup croutons (halal-friendly)
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients—this will make the process smooth and enjoyable.
  • If you haven’t pre-cooked the chicken, grill or pan-sear the slices until they are thoroughly cooked and have a nice golden color. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
  • While the chicken is cooking, prepare the dressing. In a large bowl, combine the Caesar dressing with the chopped romaine lettuce. Toss until the lettuce is evenly coated.
  • Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Layer with the dressed romaine, followed by slices of grilled chicken, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and croutons.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom upwards to secure all the ingredients inside.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas. Cut them in half and serve them fresh!

Notes

You can substitute grilled turkey for a different variation, and avoid overstuffing the wraps for the best results. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
