  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped For garnish.

Preparation

  • If you don't have pre-cooked chicken, grill or boil some chicken breasts and shred them using forks or a mixer.
  • In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing. Stir until well-combined and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into your crockpot, spreading it evenly.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until heated through and the cheeses have melted into a creamy consistency.
  • Once cooked, stir well and serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight and reheat on low in the crockpot.
