Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and slice the potatoes into wedges.

  • Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for about 30 minutes before baking. Make sure the wedges are evenly coated with oil and spices to ensure they bake evenly. Do not crowd the baking sheet.
