  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (halal-certified)

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Make the Honey Garlic Sauce

  • In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic.

Cook the Salmon

  • In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  • Carefully flip the salmon fillets and add the remaining butter and the honey garlic sauce to the pan. Cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and has absorbed the sauce.

Serve

  • Once done, transfer to a serving plate, spoon over any remaining sauce, and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately to enjoy the crispy goodness!
