  • 1 medium head head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • optional Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to help achieve that crispy texture.
  • Cut the head of cauliflower into small, uniform florets for even roasting.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss the cauliflower florets in this mixture until well coated.

Cooking

  • Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and enjoy your crispy creation!

Notes

To create a complete meal, pair with grilled chicken or baked salmon. Try different cheeses for added flavor, and reheat in the oven for an optimal texture.
