Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Peel if preferred.
  • Slice each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into additional wedges (about 6-8 wedges per potato).
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the potato wedges until coated.

Baking

  • Spread the seasoned wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

  • Let the baked wedges cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the cut potato wedges in cold water for about 30 minutes before seasoning. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
