Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the potatoes into thin fries.
  • In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Once crispy, remove the fries and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

For the best texture, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for about 30 minutes before cooking. Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary for even cooking. Adjust the garlic and Parmesan quantities according to your taste preference.
