  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs (like thyme or parsley, for garnish)

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, olive oil, honey, and lemon juice.
  • Using a hand mixer or food processor, blend the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Scrape the sides to ensure everything is well combined.
  • Give your whipped feta a taste! Adjust with more honey for sweetness or lemon for tanginess if desired. Add salt and pepper as you like.
  • Transfer the whipped feta into a serving bowl. Drizzle with a little olive oil and then top with some fresh herbs.
  • Serve alongside crispy vegetables, warm pita bread, or crackers. Dig in and enjoy!

Notes

Chill the dip for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days in an airtight container or frozen for a month. Reheat in the microwave on low power if needed.
