  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning

Cooking Steps

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear them for about 5-6 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the chicken broth and ranch seasoning mix, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  • Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, allowing it to soak in the creamy sauce for another 4-5 minutes.
  • Once everything is heated through, garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your Creamy Ranch Chicken!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat on low heat and add a splash of chicken broth if the sauce thickens too much. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
