  • 1 medium Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cooking Pasta

  • In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sautéing Vegetables

  • Toss in the diced bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli florets. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the veggies are tender yet crisp.
