  • Begin by gathering your fresh mint leaves, limes, sugar, and coconut milk.
  • Have your club soda and ice at the ready.

Mixing

  • In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, muddle together the fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar. Press gently to release the mint's oils.
  • Pour in the coconut milk and add ice cubes to the mixture. Stir gently to combine all the flavors.
  • Slowly pour the club soda over the top.

Serving

  • Garnish with additional mint sprigs and lime slices. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
