  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Rotisserie chicken works great!
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Plus extra for topping, if desired.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce Adjust to taste!
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing Optional.
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions For garnish.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Buffalo wing sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken and cheddar cheese until everything is well combined. Optionally add blue cheese or ranch dressing.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle extra cheddar cheese on top if desired.
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the dip is bubbling and the cheese is golden brown.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve hot with your favorite dippers.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, sliced vegetables, or toasted baguette slices. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
