Cranberry Brie Bites
Cranberry Brie Bites are an easy and elegant appetizer, perfect for any holiday gathering or special occasion. - 1 sheet puff pastry store-bought or homemade
- 8 oz Brie cheese cut into small cubes or slices
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares large enough to fit into muffin cups.
Place pastry squares into the muffin tin, add a cube of Brie cheese, and top with cranberry sauce.
Brush the pastry edges with the beaten egg.
