Ingredients

For the Creamer

  • 1 cup heavy cream Adds richness and a luxurious texture.
  • 1 cup whole milk Balances the creaminess and contributes to a smooth mouthfeel.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows For that sweet, toasted flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar Enhances sweetness without added grit.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds depth to the flavor profile (ensure it's alcohol-free).

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a small pan over medium heat, add the mini marshmallows. Stir them constantly until they begin to melt and develop a golden-brown color, about 3–4 minutes. Be cautious not to burn them!
  • In a medium saucepan, pour in the heavy cream and whole milk. Stir in the melted marshmallows until well combined.
  • Add the powdered sugar. Continue to stir over low heat until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in the vanilla extract, stirring to combine.
  • Allow the creamer to cool before transferring it into an airtight container.
  • Pour into your favorite coffee or hot chocolate and whip up some whipped cream or sprinkle chocolate shavings on top for an added flair.

Notes

This creamer can last for about 5–7 days in the refrigerator when stored in an airtight container. Freeze it in ice cube trays for up to three months. To reheat, gently warm it over low heat on the stovetop without boiling.
