Corn Casserole

Corn Casserole is a yummy and comforting dish that everyone loves! It’s creamy, cheesy, and super easy to make. Whether it’s a holiday or a regular dinner, this recipe is a winner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of corn drained
  • 1 can of cream style corn
  • 8 oz of sour cream
  • 1 box of Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • Cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together until everything is well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Take it out and sprinkle more cheese on top, then put it back in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
