Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened) Choose based on your preference.
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Coating

  • 1 cup powdered sugar For rolling the snowballs.

Optional Add-ins

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts For added crunch.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and prepare a clean, flat surface for rolling your snowballs.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for about 15 minutes to firm it up.
  • Scoop out small amounts of the mixture (about a tablespoon each) and roll them into balls with your hands.
  • Spread the powdered sugar on a separate plate and gently roll each coconut ball in it until coated.
  • Place the finished Coconut Snowballs on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for another 15 minutes.
  • After chilling, the Coconut Snowballs are ready to be served.

Notes

For added variety, experiment with chocolate or almond extract. You can also use toasted coconut for a deeper flavor.
