Cinnamon Roll Cake

- cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the batter.
Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter.
