Churro Cheesecake Bars
These Churro Cheesecake Bars are a delightful fusion of classic churros and creamy cheesecake, layered to perfection and dusted with a generous coating of cinnamon sugar. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or a sweet indulgence at home, these bars are easy to make and guaranteed to impress.
- 2 cans 8 ounces each crescent roll dough
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch dish.
Press one can of crescent dough into the bottom of the dish.
Beat cream cheese, ½ cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over dough.
Top with the second can of crescent dough, sealing seams.
Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden. Cool, refrigerate, and slice to serve.
