- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (sliced into thin strips)

- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 small yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
