Preparation

  • In a large skillet, combine the cooked noodles, shredded chicken, and frozen mixed vegetables.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour this mixture over the noodle and chicken mixture in the skillet.
  • Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  • If desired, top with cheese and cover until melted.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

This dish pairs well with a simple green salad or some crusty bread. For extra flavor, add herbs like thyme or rosemary. You can use any type of noodles you like, such as egg noodles or rotini.
