Ingredients

  • 4 cube steaks
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Dredge in flour, then egg, then flour again.
  • Fry steaks in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  • Make the gravy by whisking flour into the skillet drippings, then adding milk and seasoning.
