For the wrap

  • 2 cups grilled chicken strips (seasoned with salt and pepper) Use leftover grilled chicken or rotisserie chicken for added flavor.
  • 4 large tortillas (10-inch size)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (washed and chopped)
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing Choose your favorite brand.
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese For authentic Caesar flavor.
  • to taste optional toppings: croutons, pepper, or your favorite veggies Add for texture and crunch.

Preparation

  • Grill or pan-sear chicken strips until golden brown and fully cooked. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
  • Lay out tortillas flat and drizzle Caesar dressing over each tortilla, spreading it evenly.
  • Place a generous amount of chopped romaine lettuce in the center of each tortilla.
  • Arrange the grilled chicken strips on top of the lettuce.
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  • Optional: Toss in croutons or your favorite veggies for added crunch.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  • Cut the wrap in half if desired and enjoy! For later, wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap.
