  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)

Preparation

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the Muffin Pan: Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with cooking spray.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and optionally ground cinnamon until combined.
  • Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Combine Mixtures: Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.

Baking

Notes
