  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 loaf French bread cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Add the Meat Mixture: Spoon the sloppy joe mixture evenly over the garlic bread halves.
  • Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the meat mixture.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and slice into pieces. Serve hot.
