- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: lettuce diced tomatoes, or sliced onions
Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
Cook the Chicken
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook them in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked. Shred the chicken using two forks.
Assemble the Wraps
Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle shredded cheese in the center. Add shredded chicken on top of the cheese and layer with optional toppings like lettuce or tomatoes. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up tightly.
Toast the Wraps
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Brush the outside of each wrap with garlic butter. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve Warm
Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately.
