- 2 cups refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella work great
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional, for garnish
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Roll each biscuit into a small disc shape.
Place a spoonful of shredded cheese in the center of each disc.
Gently fold the dough over the cheese, pinching to seal the edges completely to create little dough balls that encase the cheesy goodness inside.
Place the biscuit bombs on the greased baking sheet. Brush the tops generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown.
Once baked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy that cheesiness!
