Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing

Preparation

  • If you’re using rotisserie chicken, shred the meat into bite-sized pieces.

Combining Ingredients

  • In your Crock Pot, add the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  • Pour in the Buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients fully.

Cooking

  • Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours or until the cheeses are melted and everything is heated through. Stir occasionally to ensure even heating.

Serving

  • Once it’s ready, mix the dip well and spoon it into a serving bowl. Top with optional green onions or blue cheese crumbles if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop. It can also be frozen for up to three months.
