- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper 
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
-  Proceed by trimming the ends of the Brussels sprouts and eliminating any damaged leaves. 
- Take a large skillet and heat the olive oil over medium heat.  
- Next, add the garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until it gives off a delightful aroma. 
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the skillet and season with salt and pepper.  
- Cook them over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until they become a little crispy. 
- Blend the Brussels sprouts with the heavy cream and stir until well combined. 
- Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes until the cream thickens. 
- Put the Brussels sprouts and cream concoction into a greased baking dish. 
- Spread Parmesan cheese on top, then add a layer of mozzarella cheese. 
- After 20-25 minutes of baking, the cheese will be melted and bubbled.
