Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 1 box small pasta shells
  • 1 block Velveeta cheese
  • 1 handful sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 packs taco seasoning
  • 1 can original Rotel

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Prepare pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  • Add taco seasoning to the beef along with the can of Rotel; stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Mix in the cooked pasta shells.
  • Cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes and add it along with the sharp cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and well combined.
  • Serve hot.
