Cheeseburger sliders
Cheeseburger sliders are the perfect bite-sized version of the classic burger—juicy, cheesy, and bursting with flavor. These mini sandwiches are great for parties, game days, or a fun family dinner. They're easy to make and packed with all your favorite burger toppings.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 6 –8 slices of cheese American, cheddar, or your choice
- Optional toppings: pickles diced onions, shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- Sesame seeds optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet or casserole dish.
Cook ground beef with seasonings in a skillet. Drain grease.
Arrange the bottom buns on the baking sheet and layer with beef, cheese, and toppings.
Add the top buns, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake covered for 10 minutes, uncover and bake for 5 more minutes.
