  • 1 pkg (9 oz) Cheese Tortellini (preferably frozen)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for topping) Optional
  • Marinara sauce for dipping (optional) Optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a pot of boiling salted water, add the frozen Cheese Tortellini. Cook according to the package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes, until they float to the top. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss them gently to ensure they're evenly coated.
  • Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread the seasoned tortellini in a single layer.

Baking

  • Add the baking sheet to your preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the tortellini in the last 5 minutes of baking.

Serving

  • Once done, let them cool for a few minutes, then serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

To switch up flavors, try adding different spices or red chili flakes. Ensure not to overcrowd the baking sheet to maintain crispiness.
