For the Cheese Crisps

  • 2 cups shredded cheese (preferably a mix of mozzarella and parmesan) Use good-quality cheese for better flavor.
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped Fresh spinach is recommended for the best taste.
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese Feta adds a unique tang.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional various spices (such as oregano or paprika) For extra flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, chopped spinach, crumbled feta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Using a spoon, drop small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Baking

  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven, and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let the cheese crisps cool for a few minutes.

Serving

  • Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients and do not overcrowd the cheese mounds on the baking sheet.
