  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or your favorite keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Ensure it’s alcohol-free if needed.
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Sugar-free chocolate chips
  • a sprinkle of cocoa powder
  • whipped cream for garnish

Preparation

  • Begin by letting your cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, beat the mixture on medium speed until it’s creamy and smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more erythritol, one tablespoon at a time if desired.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish, cover it, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until chilled.
  • Once chilled, garnish with your chosen toppings and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days. If freezing, use within a month and thaw in the refrigerator overnight. It's best enjoyed cold.
