Ingredients

For the Pizza Base

  • 1 pound Pizza Dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup Butter Melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped (optional)
  • Salt To taste
  • Olive Oil For drizzling

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 1/4 inch thick. Transfer it to a lightly greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic. Stir well to ensure the garlic is evenly distributed.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the pizza.
  • Add a pinch of salt and some chopped parsley, if using.

Baking

  • Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for about 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a minute, slice up your mouthwatering Buttery Garlic Pizza, and serve hot!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper. Roll your dough to your preferred thickness for crispy or chewy crust.
