Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Place the tomatoes in the oven and roast for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are blistered and caramelized.
  • Once the tomatoes are roasted, take them out of the oven. On a serving plate, arrange the tomatoes.
  • Gently tear the burrata into pieces and place them strategically atop the roasted tomatoes.

Final Touches

  • Finish the salad with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Serve immediately!
