  • ½ cup canned pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or grass-fed butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch sea salt
  • to taste Whipped cream or alternative topping optional, for serving
  • to taste Cinnamon for garnish

Preparation

  • Brew a strong cup of coffee using your preferred method, such as a French press or espresso machine.
  • In a blender, combine the brewed coffee, canned pumpkin puree, coconut oil or grass-fed butter, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend the mixture on high speed for about 30-60 seconds until it’s well combined and frothy.
  • Taste your latte and adjust sweetness or spice levels as desired.
  • Pour the latte into your favorite mug and top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or any other toppings you enjoy.
  • Sip slowly and enjoy the cozy flavors of your homemade latte!

Notes

Use fresh pumpkin puree for the best flavors, experiment with sweeteners, and get creative with toppings. If short on time, prepare the pumpkin mixture in advance.
